Make an impact by advancing the DoW mission to keep our country safe and secure.MissionUSSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies. SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety.Job DescriptionEnterprise Architect: Leads model development and curation for the enterprise architecture utilizing MBSE methods according to UAF standards.Defines digital platform architecture frameworks, including design methodology and best practices to be used as a reference for the Architecture team. Implements the platform under the control of an automated configuration management framework.Provides in-depth knowledge of information security.Holds responsibility for the architecture of the data framework that is required by the operations to collect and make available program performance metrics.Role and Responsibilities:Must be capable of performing analysis of system operationsMust be capable of system decomposition via OMG frameworks (UML, DoWAF 2.0/UPDM, SysML, UAF)Must be able to model systems via different perspectives (e.g. capability, operational, system, functional) and at various levels of abstractionMust be familiar with UML modeling tools (Cameo Enterprise Architect preferred)Must be able to meet with stakeholders in a variety of system domains and analyze requirement, process, system, and/or capabilityMust be capable of extending UML-based models to other tools or modeling environments via existing frameworks/APIsMust be familiar with executable models (fUML specification preferred)Must have the ability to generate/produce data and reportsInteract and professionally exhibit customer service skills and be able to present a positive approach with customers and peers Required: Ability to Obtain ITIL 4 Foundation ITSM Certification within the first 9 months Desired skills:3+ years of model-based systems engineering3+ years of experience delivering IT services (e.g. cloud, cyber security, software, network, etc) for federal customersCertifications in architecture, OMG preferredDemonstrated leadership developing architecture for use on large programsWHAT YOULL NEED TO SUCCEED:BA/BS in engineering, computer science, information technology or equivalent discipline, 10+ years of experience5+ years experience using systems modeling to develop architecture for federal customersSecurity Clearance Level: Top Secret with SCI eligibilityRequired Certifications: ITIL 4 Foundation; FITSP-D or GDSA or CASP+ or CCSP or Cloud+ or CSSLP or GSECLocation: Offutt AFB, NE GDIT IS YOUR PLACE: 401K with company match Comprehensive health and wellness packages Internal mobility team dedicated to helping you own your career Professional growth opportunities including paid education and certifications Cutting-edge technology you can learn from Rest and recharge with paid vacation and holidays #SCITLS
