Join us!Job Description: This job is responsible for assisting clients through incoming calls with needs for credit and short term lending while identifying additional opportunities to help achieve financial goals. Key responsibilities include addressing card servicing and sales opportunities, asking clients probing questions to understand life and financial goals, and pairing new solutions and services to meet client needs. Job expectations include building, deepening and retaining relationships, managing risk and creating a positive client experience.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Works with clients to uncover needs for credit and short term lending while asking questions to uncover additional financial needs and recommending the best products, services, and solutions to meet those needs</li><li>Responds to customer inquiries and concerns, creating customized solutions</li><li>Sells and fulfills banking products including credit cards, lending needs, checking and savings accounts.</li><li>Identifies client needs for licensed sales functions, making referrals to Line of Business partners</li><li>Manages risk in every business, product, and service transaction leveraging available tools</li><li>Creates positive client experience through active listening and addressing questions and concerns</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Displays passion, commitment and drive to deliver an experience that improves our clients’ financial lives</li><li>Commitment to teamwork and the flexibility to work the schedule, including weekends and holidays</li><li>Ability to engage with clients and seek to understand their needs while actively sharing options using plain language, building rapport and handling objections</li><li>Comfortable receiving ongoing performance feedback and coaching</li><li>Comfortable with ongoing change and learning new technology/processes</li><li>Minimum of an intermediate level of proficiency with computers</li><li>Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills</li><li>Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills</li></ul>Desired Qualifications:<ul><li>Ability to support and provide card solutions</li><li>Experience working at a call center</li><li>Sales experience (upsell and cross sell)</li><li>Experience in Retail or Hospitality</li><li>Experience in the banking/financial industry</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Attention to Detail</li><li>Client Experience Branding</li><li>Customer and Client Focus</li><li>Interpret Relevant Laws, Rules, and Regulations</li><li>Adaptability</li><li>Client Solutions Advisory</li><li>Issue Management</li><li>Problem Solving</li><li>Active Listening</li><li>Referral Identification</li></ul>Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalentShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40</div>
